A. What information do you need to deliver the gift?
1. Your Name, address and telephone number
2. Reciepient’s name, address (with necessary landmark), telephone number, preferred date and time to deliver the gift (if any).
3. Any message that you want to include in the greetings card.
A standard greetings card will be delivered according to the occassion (if any) with your name on it.
B. Would you tell me more about your Send a gift to India service?
Send a gift to India service is offered by Bando Enterprises based in USA. This service is to provide Indians living abroad an opportunity to send gifts to families and friends in India. This is mainly an Internet based service. Our goal is to provide you a cost effective way to send a gift to your loved ones in India for any occassion. We hand deliver to their door with a note as given by you on the day as instructed by you.
C. What different things can I send at this moment?
Calcutta - You can send cakes (Flury’s, Kathleen,
Monginis or as preferred by you), sweets (Ganguram, Mouchak,
Banchharam, or as preferred by you), Snacks (Haldiram, or as
preferred by you), Chocolate, dry fruit, flowers, garments etc..
Mumbai-Bombay - You can send cakes (Taj cake shop,
Monginis or as preferred by you), sweets, snacks, flowers from
well known stores in the city
Other cities- will be included soon.
D. How do you deliver the gifts?
All the gift items are hand delivered to the recipients door along with a greeting card. Your message will be written on the card. Please note that there is no extra charge for the card.
E. How do I pay you?
You pay us by check to ‘Arup Bandyopadhyay’. You send the check to 4849 Peninsula Pointe Drive, Hermitage, TN - 37076. We will start our gift sending process as soon as we receive your check, or an e-mail with the check number and the bank number with a/c number.

G. How long does it take to deliver the gift?
It takes about 3-5 business days to deliver the gift. we can also deliver the gift on the date as specified by you. You have to send the order and the check to us at least 3 days earlier than the date the gift to be delivered. We also ask you to give us all the details and landmarks to reach to the address.
H. What if I want to change the order?
Please let us know within 24 hours to take the necessary action promptly.
I. Do you let me know after you deliver the gift?
Yes. We do. As soon as the gift is delivered, you will be notified through e-mail along with a personal message from the recipient, if any.
